Importance of understanding that feelings and respect for each other can only go so long in a relationship for a business (, person or nation)
The best way to make people pay for your product or service is to help them attach a feeling to the experience of that product or service. “Satisfaction” is one of that feelings. For a customer, achieving the advertised or apparent objective of your product or service is a HUGE satisfaction.
The feeling alone however is not enough to keep the customer. Three most important considerations on people’s mind for using your product or service repeatedly are “Convenience”, “Pricing”, “Process Experience (sales and delivery, customer service, customer communication, etc.)” and everyone orders them as per their own priorities of that time.
Its important that a business must continue to stay on top of these three priorities in order to ensure that the business is not lost in-spite of the mutual feelings and respect.
